On this page I will collect all NPC's you interact with, some of them will be neighbors or other reoccuring characters, but also some characters that show up in some specific cases, that could perhaps reoccur.
Arthur Sheffield
One of Thelma's Neighbors. Arthur is 59 years old. Have lived at 450 W. Derby Street for about 20 years, and knows the area and the neighbors well. He is a very likable man, or at least he wants to be liked. He works as an architect, and have actually drawn the blueprint to his and Hightower’s house, who are almost identical. On his spare time he likes to do oil paintings.
Bernard Hightower
Also a neighbor to Thelma. Bernard Hightower, 39 years old, a widower since 12 years back. Bernard is the owner of the successful company Hightower Importers of America, which imports medical supply. Bernard is also an avid gardener, and the neighbors, are often recipients of produce from his bountiful vegetable patch. In a greenhouse off the back of the house he raises orchids and other exotic flora. Mr Hightower is a kind and gentle individual, but have been unfortunate in his life, but despite that keeps his mood up. He lives at 456 W. Derby Street.
Denise Braithwait
Appears to be a affluent socialite and is quite often out partying, when possible at Bartholomew Appley IV’s place, not far from where she lives, 460 W. Derby Street. She lives with her mom Sharon. Denise has proposed for Tristan at least twice that he who lives in such a nice mansion should throw a partiy, and Denise have promised she will bring some nice party people.
E. Lapham Peabody
Mr. E. Lapham Peabody, 61, is the Arkham Historical Society's curator since over 30 years back. He is expert in local genealogy. He has also a working knowledge of most of the church and town records, library holdings, historical societies, and graveyards found in the Miskatonic Valley region. Peabody is a valuable ally in research, one quite likely to be willing to help solve a complicated genealogical puzzle.
Henry Atwater Sr.
Henry Atwater Sr. is actually the young student Henry Atwater in Sermon Bishop's undying body. When the now late Richard Cardigan and Henry Atwater in late October 1921 was camping outside Arkham, they got attacked by Sermon Bishop who killed Richard, and swapped body with Henry. Later Sermon Bishop died with Henry's body, Henry had no other possibility than continue to live in this old mans body. Herbert Cardigan, Richard's dad, had a good eye to Henry, and also felt sorry for him and gave him a starting capital, to start a new life and also helped to generate papers for the Henry Atwater's "granddad" Henry Atwater Sr.
When Henry was found in Bishop's body he was in quite bad condition, but healed surprisingly fast and well.

Martha and Timothy Durant
The young married couple Timothy and Martha Durant, 25 and 26 years old respectively, lives in the house to the left of Thelma's house. They are quite new to this neighborhood, having only lived here for 5 years. Their house was sold to them at a greatly reduced price as a wedding present from the real estate agent aunt of Timothy. Martha is a house wife, quite talkative and friendly, but have a tendency to exagerate things. Timothy work as a Sales Person, and is also very easy to talk with.

Retribution 'Granpa' Phillips
Retribution Phillips, age 100 years, lives in a small 17th century house along Sutton Road off the Aylesbury Pike, where his forebears have dwelled for over 200 years. Grampa Phillips is a very friendly and social man who has a severe hearing impairment which unfortunately makes him mishear things, but he is not so troubled by that. He also have a good access to quite good quality moonshine, either he knows someone who produces it, or perhaps he does it himself.
Ruby Elsner
Ruby Elsner, age 49, bored housewife and Stevens Landlady. She feels sorry for Steven living by himself (maybe Steven told her about his fiancee, that he broke up with), she thinks men and especially boys his age cannot take care of themselves or a household. She pops by his apartment from time to time to see how he has it, usually she brings food (for some reason she often makes too much) and sometimes she even cleans or does his dish (she might soon offer to do his laundry). She likes to hear Steven talk about his exciting detective life.
Her husband has lost all interest in her and is very dedicated to his work (or maybe does nothing, just living of the rent money, useless!). Ruby knows her marraige has given her a comfortable life but has come to accept that her husband absence. She mostly entertains herself by keeping an eye on her tennatns, she loves drama and gossip. She lost a son in the great war, a sadness she is still carrying with her.
Sharon Braithwait
Sharon Braithwait looks to be around 40 years old, and is living in the same neighborhod as Thelma, with her daughter Denise. Sharon mostly stays at home, she have a few times borrowed some newspapers and magazines from Tristan, and every time he gets them back, there are some holes on some pages when she appearantly have clipped out articles or ads.
Thelma L. Muchinski
Has the biggest house in her neighborhood. Her house, at 454 W. Derby Street, has been hers for 12 years. Besides being rich and live in a big house, she also happen to own L. Muchinski Investigations, Right now she is working in Venice Italy, and let her work companion Tristan take care of both her house and bureau.
Dr Trenton Harrod
Victoria Wendover
Victoria is another neigbor to Thelma, living at 458 W. Derby Street. In the worst looking house in the neighborhood, but that isn’t saying much considering the competition. A brick and stone bungalow that would look better set in the countryside than the suburbs, but beautiful nonetheless. And the owner really takes good care of both the garden and the interior of the house. Victoria is a widow aged 71. She has lived in this neighborhood since the day construction finished in 1870, over 50 years ago. Since her husband died, 17 years ago, she mostly keep by herself, and don’t talk that much with her neighbors.
